In 2017, GainingEdge was engaged to conduct a business case for funding of the convention bureau in Bogotá. Through consultation with the public and private sector in Colombia, augmented by global research into funding practices for CVBs, a series of recommendations were developed to enhance the competitiveness of Bogotá’s business events effort.
