GainingEdge was engaged for the establishment and development of Malaysia’s first national convention bureau—the Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau.
The GainingEdge team provided on-site consultation, which included development of the bureau’s business plan, personnel recruitment and developing and supporting the programme implementation over a four-year period.
GainingEdge managed the lab with Malaysia’s market specialists and facilitated discussions on issues and initiatives to develop Malaysia’s Business Events Roadmap.
