GainingEdge provided establishment support and capacity building services for the Jordan Convention Bureau in a long-term project supported by USAID. The Jordan Convention Bureau was established over a four-year period (2016-2020). During that time, GainingEdge helped to develop several programs (industry partner program, ambassador program, industry education program, event support & subvention) and JCB successfully bid for several large meetings. In addition, GainingEdge developed a five-year strategic business plan for JCB (2020-2025).
