Based on GainingEdge’s recommendations, the city significantly increased resources devoted to the bureau, which saw its budget increase by a factor of four. In the implementation phase, GainingEdge was retained to carry out an executive search for the new CEO of the bureau and provide interim management services during the recruitment process.
