GainingEdge has been engaged in three projects to support the national DMO of Panama. The first assignment was to help onboard the CEO through strategic advice and professional development. The second was to provide organization development support through facilitating a three-year strategic plan, developing standards and policies, conducting team training sessions, and advising on organization design and structure. The third, which is currently underway, is to provide implementation support on key issues initiatives, such as the annual operating plan, board governance, MICE program development and advice, and funding models.
