Based in Beijing, China, Alicia is a Business Development Consultant and help the destinations grow business events sourced from China. She has been responsible for supporting the organizations and convention bureaus for their meetings destination development, such as TAO European Incoming, Let’s Go Malta, Euromic for China market, South Africa National Convention Bureau (SANCB), Vienna and Barcelona Convention Bureau joint sales mission in China, Vienna Convention Bureau and Vienna Tourism Burea.
Alicia is now the General Manager of IME Consulting Co., Ltd. She is also IAPCO China Education Manager, Vice Chairman of China Business Event Industry Committee, Vice chairman of China Congress of Association and Chamber of Commerce, Chief editor of “Association Journal” magazine, Meeting Ambassadors of Hangzhou, Suzhou, Haikou, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sri Lanka. She was the Global Board director of Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) 2015-2020, Deputy general secretary China MICE Committee( 2012-2020), Regional vice president, PCMA-APAC（2017-2021）.
She worked as the group organizer and coordinator of hosted buyers from China for IMEX Frankfurt, IMEX America, IBTM World, AIME, Meetings Africa, IT&CM Asia, ITB Singapore. She also provided training & education sessions for IT&CM China, ITB China, ITB Asia, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Beijing Tourism College of Beijing Union University.
