GainingEdge carried out market research and defined the strategy for the Flanders region (including specific and individual plans for the cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Bruges). Following the study, the role of the Convention Bureau team was reinforced and extra resources were allocated. GainingEdge continues to work with Visit Flanders, having recently “re-set” the strategic direction for the Convention Bureau for the period 2023-2027.
