He started as a Data Researcher for two years, focusing in identifying Association Meetings, judging reliability of information and kept the database up to the required standard, both in regards of quality and quantity.
Sebastian joined the Sales and Marketing team in 2005, specializing in marketing and promotional activities, securing sponsorships for events, and has been an active contributor in the various congresses and tradeshows that ICCA organized over the years. ICCA’s core pillars included building strong partnerships, he has certainly played a big role in facilitating clear and personalized communications between the organization and its global membership.
Sebastian is a real people person; he has built many relationships and partnerships with business partners face to face at major tradeshows and various events throughout the years of his services.

He is a multi-language professional, a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, fluent in English, Japanese, Dutch and Malay.
